Doctor Arthur Hess, is a blessing to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with him, actually, I cried afterwards because he said three word that i needed to hear, (I'll help you.") The other doctors that I visited, years ago, for a second, third, and fourth option regarding my total knee replacent issues wouldn't help. I have faith that I'm in good hands now with Dr. Hess. With this being my first visit with him. So far, so good.
