Dr. Arthur Hess, a highly regarded, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic trauma, hip, knee, and shoulder reconstruction and total joint replacement surgery, will transition from The Bone and Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge to Baton Rouge Orthopedic Clinic (BROC) effective April 1, 2025.

Dr. Hess will continue to see patients at The Bone and Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge's current location at 7301 Hennessy Blvd. for the immediate future. However, plans are in place for his full transition to BROC's campus on Bluebonnet Blvd., with an estimated move occurring in Summer/Fall 2025.

Patients of Dr. Hess are encouraged to continue scheduling appointments through Bone & Joint Clinic, by calling 225-766-0050, or through Dr. Hess’ website:  arthurhessmd.com.  To ensure a seamless transition, The Bone and Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge will provide detailed information in the coming weeks regarding medical record transfers and continuity of care.
